By
taking into account national development targets, Council for Quality
and Environment Environment Laboratory, carrying on with activities for
the purpose of conducting researches within the framework of
environmental sensitivity of Turkish Cement Industry primarily in the
fields of high and generic technology, putting forth research problems,
solving them out and/or aiding their solution, and making an effort for
implementation of these solutions, is currently defined as a measurement
laboratory, focusing on practices and customers, rendering service for
the purpose of ensuring performance of international competition power
of Turkish Cement Industry, in an environment friendly and sensitive
manner.
The scope of the projects, conducted at Quality and
Environment Committee Environment Laboratory, leading its activities on
the basis of this concept, have been stated below:
- Projects, comprising of studies in parallel with scientific principles for production of new data, and scientific interpretation of cases, and tests or measurements, whose performance is not possible with an ordinary implementation, and which require development of unique methods.
- Research projects, for the purpose of development of methods for increase of effectiveness, efficiency, and competition power at international platforms, and which will ensure conformity with both national and international environmental standards, and legislations within the scope of high techniques and legislations.
